On Friday, May 5th, 2023 the opening of the Saint Lucia Jazz and Arts Festival was held at the Mindoo Phillip Park in Marchand, Castries.
Prime Minister Hon. Phillip J. Pierre says he is overwhelmed by the response to the return of the festival which was held in his constituency.
