On Friday 7th April, 2023 at approximately 4:15 pm a young woman was rushed to the Gros Islet Polyclinic following a jet ski accident at Reduit Beach.
It is reported that the woman was struck while in the water by a jet ski driven by a French national.
The young woman was said to be in critical condition upon arrival at the Polyclinic where she later succumbed to her injuries.
The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force is investigating the incident.
