On Friday, March 31, 2023, about 4:00 a.m., officers attached to the Criminal Investigations Department, Castries, Gros Islet Patrol Team, Special Services Unit, Bicycle Patrol Unit, Central Intelligence Unit, Marigot, Anse La Raye and Canaries Police Stations and Officers attached to the Regional Security System, conducted an operation in the District of Dennery.
During the Operation, a Search Warrant was executed on the premises of Lance Isman of Dennery. Officers recovered a quantity of Crack Cocaine and Cannabis.
Lance Isman was arrested and subsequently charged for the Offences of Unlawful Possession of Cannabis, Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply, Possession of Crack Cocaine, Possession of Crack Cocaine with Intent to Supply Crack Cocaine.
Another Search Warrant was executed on the premises of Oniel Emmanuel of Dennery. Officers recovered a quantity of Controlled Drugs and eighty (80) fully grown Cannabis plants. Oniel Emmanuel was arrested and subsequently charged for the offence of Cultivation of Cannabis, Possession of Controlled Drugs and Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply to Another.
A further Search Warrant was executed on the premises of Dameon Edward of Dennery. Officers recovered a quantity of Cannabis Resin. Dameon Edward was arrested and subsequently charged for the offence of Unlawful Possession of Cannabis Resin.
All three men mentioned were granted bail on their own recognizance and to appear in Court at a later date.
