Exciting Veterans Football Continues

This past Sunday, Veterans teams and their loyal supporters made the journey to Dennery to witness the 2nd day of the City Masters Bouillon-Ramma “North vs South Clash”.

After 8 hours of nonstop box to box thrilling football action, all in attendance left with a feeling of pure satisfaction. The Power 4 (Gros Islet, Marchand, Congorians and Island Vibes Bros) took on Dennery All Blacks, Mon Repos, Vieux Fort North & Marchand Veteran Alliance. Results of the 2-day tournament are as follows:

North “Power 4” dominating the Clash with 7 wins, 2 losses, 7 draws, scoring 11, conceding 7 and accumulating 28 points.

The South squad put on a great performance, were very competitive but came into the clash with the disadvantage of facing 4 seasoned teams who had been playing a 7-week league. They won 2, lost 7, drew 7, scored 7, conceded 11 and accumulated 13 points.

Congratulations to Alvin Xavier & team Marchand for finishing in the top spot.

City Masters takes the Boullion-Ramma to the West Coast on May 15th where the North Power 4 take on Soufriere, Canaries, Choiseul and Anse La Ray. Look out for more Veterans action!
