On Wednesday 16th May, 2023 the body of a homeless man was discovered opposite the IGY Rodney Bay Marina.
The man was later identified as 63-year-old Cannius Marcellin.
Officers learned of the discovery of the lifeless body at about 5:55 pm and is investigating the incident as a suspected drowning.
There are no further details at this time.
