A woman was injured in a home invasion at approximately 3:30 am on Sunday 23rd, April, 2023 in Anse Ger, Micoud.
It was reported that a masked man entered the home of the woman armed with a machete and attacked her.
When the victim called for help from other persons in the home the masked man fled.
The woman received lacerations to her hands.
