The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force (RSLPF) has preferred charges against forty-six year old Benjamin James of Lamar Road, Castries in connection to the homicide of thirty-seven year old Emran Felix of Balata, Castries.
On the evening of Thursday March 16, 2023 at approximately 8:56 pm a report of a stabbing on Victoria Street, Castries was referred to the Saint Lucia Fire Service.
Emran Felix was transported to the Owen King EU Hospital via ambulance where he was later pronounced dead by a medical practitioner.
