On Sunday 4th June, 2023 emergency personnel attached to the Babonneau Police Station received a call for assistance at about 7:00 pm.
It was reported a male had been shot dead by gunmen in Garrand, Babonneau.
The male has since then been identified as Chris Vonley a resident of the community.
There are no further details at this time.
