On Tuesday 23rd May, 2023 Emergency Personnel from the Saint Lucia Fire Service (SLFS) responded to an incident in Pavee, Castries.
A minibus with passengers on board crashed into a house at approximately 4:00 pm.
Four passengers were transported to the Owen King EU Hospital via ambulance while five passengers declined to be taken to the hospital.
There were a total of nine passengers on the minibus.
The five passengers who declined being transported by the ambulance signed release forms says Stacy Joseph, Fire Service spokeswoman.
The minibus driver blamed brake failure for the incident.
