On Sunday 23rd May, 2023 at approximately 2:30 am emergency personnel attached to the Dennery Fire Station responded to a report of an alleged shooting incident in Dennery.
The victim who was said to be in his early thirties complained of pain to his head and after being assessed it was revealed he had sustained a penetrating wound.
He was immediately transported to a medical facility and was said to be in stable condition.
There are no further details present at this time.
