On Sunday 23rd April, 2023 a woman was attacked in her home at Anse Ger, Micoud by a masked man who entered her home armed with a machete.
The woman sustained multiple injuries in the attack none of which were life-threatening.
Police arrested twenty-one-year-old Leonie Charles of Anse Ger, Micoud in connection to the home invasion.
On Thursday, Charles was granted bail in the sum of $8000 cash or suitable surety on an aggravated assault charge.
