The Saint Lucia Fire Service responded to an emergency call on Monday afternoon at approximately 3:13 pm.
It was reported a truck and a minibus collided at La Bayee, Bexon.
Three people were rushed to the Owen King European Union Hospital.
Two passengers on the minibus also sustained injuries.
