BREAKING: Information reaching iReport St Lucia is that a male individual was just conveyed by the Saint Lucia Fire Service to the OKEU Hospital this afternoon with an apparent stab wound. He was reportedly pronounced dead on arrival.

This latest incident comes as police are investigating a previous February 16th stabbing incident aboard a catamaran at Pointe Seraphine, Castries. Police investigators found that a 33-year-old man had sustained multiple stab wounds to the groin, left thigh, and right leg.
