Wednesday July 26th, 2023 marks two years since the Saint Lucia Labour Party (SLP) won the general elections and they plan on celebrating in grand style says Prime Minister Hon. Philip J. Pierre.
The minister says the party has not gotten the time to celebrate their victory and therefore they will be hosting a massive thanksgiving rally in the constituency of Micoud South on Sunday, July 30th, 2023.
“It’s going to be two years since elections were held on the 26th of July… we’ve not had time to celebrate our victory so on the 30th of July we’re going to be holding a massive thanksgiving rally in the constituency of Micoud South.” the minister shared.
He urges all party supporters and the general public to come out to celebrate the party’s victory and to discuss the growth of the country since their win.
“All labor party supporters, we are inviting all Saint Lucians. We’ve got a lot to talk about, we’ve got a lot to celebrate, we’re going to see where our country has come from the 26th of July 2021 to the 26th of July 2023. So we’re calling on all our supporters, all Saint Lucians to come to Micoud South for a massive celebration.” he stated.
