Emergency personnel attached to the Soufriere Fire Station received a distress call Thursday night at about 8:56 pm.
It was reported three wooden houses had caught fire in Fond St Jacques, Soufriere.
Two fire trucks were dispatched to the scene where they found the three houses in a blaze.
Onlookers say the houses were occupied by three brothers, two of which had passed away and the third who has mental issues lived in one of the houses.
There were no reports of injuries.
