{"id":745,"date":"2023-03-28T09:45:36","date_gmt":"2023-03-28T13:45:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ireportstlucia.com\/?p=745"},"modified":"2023-03-28T09:45:43","modified_gmt":"2023-03-28T13:45:43","slug":"man-charged-for-the-shooting-of-woman-in-vieux-fort","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ireportstlucia.com\/?p=745","title":{"rendered":"<strong>Man Charged For The Shooting Of Woman In Vieux Fort\u00a0<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Twenty-two-year-old Arenato Soumere alias \u2018Toetoe\u2019 of Martin Luther King Street, Vieux Fort has been charged in connection with the death of 59-year-old Loraine Savery, who was shot and killed on March 9th, 2023.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Savery was transported to the St.Jude Hospital via ambulance with gunshot wounds to her body and was later pronounced dead by a medical practitioner.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She was among the victims killed in a surge of gun violence in Vieux Fort.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a result of the recent gang violence in Vieux Fort, Prime Minister Hon. Philip J.
